Info:Crave is a monthly Christian Concert Series focused on uniting both the Christian and non-Christian communities on the University of South Florida Campus and beyond.
While we hope to convey that the world of Christian music is as diverse as its people, we also want to reflect that though there are many Christian ministries on this campus, we all serve and live for the same Purpose.

Pursuant of this call to action and aid, we have decided to make the February Crave concert event a Haiti Relief Benefit Concert, which will take place outdoors in the MSC Amphitheater, at 7pm on Sunday, February 28, 2010. This event will feature both Christian and non-Christian bands, in light of the demographic population of involvement. We hope to have the following:
- Performances from student organizations & student talent
- Performances from HolyZone Records
- Agencies such as BullsAid and the American Red Cross on hand to collect any donations – the presence of the Red Cross will reinforce that monetary donations at this event will go to the right people in an expedited spread of time.

Even more, the giving doesn’t have to come in monetarily. For those unable to donate funds, we will be collecting Haiti Relief Kits on behalf of our friends at Crosswinds. These kits are very simple to put together and is comprised of contents that will fit into a zip-lock bag. These Relief Kits will be shipped directly via Crosswinds to an organization that will distribute the kits directly to the people of Haiti.
Just bring the following in a zip-lock bag!
- 1 gall ziplock bag (place all items inside this)
- 1 hand towel (15" x 25" up to 17" x 27", no kitchen -
towels)
- 1 washcloth
- 1 comb (large and sturdy, not pocket-sized)
- 1 nail file or fingernail clippers (no emery boards or
toenail clippers)
- 1 bath-size bar of soap (3+ oz)
- 1 toothbrush (single brushes only in original
wrapper, no child-sized)
- 6 adhesive plastic strip sterile bandages
- $1.00 to purchase toothpaste (UMCOR* will make
purchase)
